Q; I haven't received my item yet?

A: All our items are shipped via Royal Mail. Our economy service is 2nd class where items should arrive between 3 - 5 days, 1st class items should arrive within 3 days. Please allow 15 working days prior to conacting us regarding your missing item. 



Q: I'm not happy with my item, can I return it?

A: Of course. Please contact us using the contact us page or send an email to returns@excaliburshop.co.uk. As soon as your item is received back, we will issue you with a full refund.



Q: Can I collect my item?

A: Yes. If you wish to collect from us in Rochester, please send us a quick message using the "send-a-message" box on the Contact Us page and we will send you our details.

 

Q: I have a discount voucher, how can I use it?

A:From time to time we will release discount vouchers for use on our website. If you have one, please enter it at the checkout stage of you order and the discount will be automatically applied to your basket.

 

Q: I haven't heard of Excalibur before, how do I know I can trust you?

A: We have been trading online for since 2010 and have used a variety of platforms. We have made in excess of 500 000 sales on eBay and have held a Top-Rated account for 2 years. We take pride in providing an excellent product coupled with an excellent customer service.



Q: Do you offer any wholesale discounts?
